In Hawaii, ‘Mana’, is known as the universal energy, life force, and healing power that exists within people, places, or objects. It is the vital energy that animates the body, mind, and spirit. Mana Yama quite literally means, ‘the energy of the mountains’, an ode to my time on Maui, my dad’s island roots, my love for the Rocky Mountains, and my Japanese heritage.

I offer 60 and 90 minute massages and am CAMTC

I am pleased to offer the convenience of massage therapy in the safety and privacy of my client's homes. My style combines the rhythm of Hawaiian lomi lomi coupled with trigger point therapy (TPT), infused with energy work. I offer a wide variety of massage therapy modalities to meet the unique needs of each of my clients. In addition to

My style combines the rhythm of Hawaiian lomi lomi coupled with trigger point therapy (TPT), infused with energy work. I offer a wide variety of massage therapy modalities to meet the unique needs of each of my clients. In addition to the above, I also offer deep tissue, lymph drainage, Swedish, myofacial release (MFR), sports medicine, Zen shiiatsu, and hot stone (pohaku). I only use the highest quality epicuren facial grade lotion, edible grade coconut oil, and Young Living and Doterra essential oils.

I began my love affair with bodywork at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT) in Colorado. I moved from the Rocky Mountains to the West side of Maui, where I learned the sacred art of Hawaiian lomi lomi. While expanding my private practice of 23 years, I also worked at 6 different ocean side spas, including the Ritz-Carlton, Kap

While expanding my private practice of 23 years, I also worked at 6 different ocean side spas, including the Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua for 16 years and 11 years at the Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort and Spa. I now reside and practice in the South Bay of S. CA.
